i stayed in the unagi suite and loved it! the inclusive breakfast with my reservation was amazing. the pool was bigger than i thought, and the bathroom was beautiful. the rooftop bar had great drinks and amazing sunset views!!!

the hotel is conveniently close to the centre. it is not directly in the middle of the hustle and bustle though. this made it very accessible while also being relaxing.

inadequate soundproofinginconsistent temperature
i found some aspects of the room disappointing. the air conditioning struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. also, the soundproofing was inadequate. i could clearly hear noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway. this disturbed my sleep a couple of nights.
